The Baldwin Hills site was specifically chosen to illustrate the practical affordability of houses by Proto Homes, and to offer a vision of the possibilities that they can deliver to buyers in many markets. "There is never a time not to innovate," says Vafaee. "We know that a lot of people are anxious during these economic times and are concerned about the housing market.
